Carl Peter Robinson answered on 24 Jan 2024:
Some days I feel I’m too old! But thankfully, most days I feel like I’m still in my 20s, all sprightly and energised. I know this is rather trite, but I agree with people who say age is just a number. What you do and who you are is more than just a number that tells you how long you’ve been around on this planet. Be amazing regardless of your age.

I’m now in my 40s but people say I look younger than I am. My advice is to use s.p.f everyday regardless of the melanin content of your skin and stay hydrated. Some of my colleagues are younger than me and some are in their 80s (engineers are people typically can’t help but keep learning and sharing knowledge).

I am 28. But sometimes i feel so tired and stiff i feel older but at the same time I feel like im still like in my late teens early 20s. Its a weird feeling. I dont feel like im going to be 30 soon despite the fact i will be 😀

I’m 55 but my bran still thinks I’m in my late teens early 20’s. As you get older you do not realise your age so much other than your body is less willing to do the things you used to be able to do. Mentally I find it’s easier to learn as I’ve got older and when I have something to focus on , such as a reason for the learning. Learning for learning sake is still problematic for me, but learning that goes with an interest is so much easier.
