  I have two favourites: one machine learning system I made during my PhD, which took the electrical signal data from human muscle movements and classified which hand gestures were being performed based on the muscle data alone.
  
  My second favourite involved something called skeletal kinematics and involved applying a simple human skeleton framework to each person detected in the individual images of a short video.
